ZOTELE is designed for calm, continuous emotional companionship. It is not designed for addictive engagement, pressure-based interaction, or endless notifications. Baby's presence should feel quiet and natural — not demanding or urgent.
Both babies must willingly enter and remain in a ZOTELE room. Review access, shared reflection, and emotional signals all require mutual participation. No feature should be used to force, pressure, or monitor baby without their awareness and full consent.
ZOTELE is built around sincerity. The shared heart, the quiet rhythm, and the emotional signals are intended to reflect genuine presence — not performance. ZOTELE should never be used to pretend, deceive, or maintain hidden emotional identities toward baby.
ZOTELE is designed for one active identity per device. The same device should not host multiple hidden hearts, parallel secret rooms, or simultaneous separate emotional identities. One device is intended for one baby only. Running multiple hidden hearts or identities on the same device may interfere with the emotional integrity of the shared space.
The shared heart is a symbol of emotional rhythm between two babies. It represents continuity, warmth, presence, and the quiet maintenance of a bond. It is not a scientific measurement, compatibility score, or relationship progress indicator.
ZOTELE is designed around two-person privacy. There are no public profiles, followers, feeds, or social broadcasting systems. Each room exists for exactly two babies, isolated from the rest of the world. ZOTELE does not sell, share, or expose your data to third parties.
ZOTELE may store room state, heartbeat history, weather and activity signals, review reflections, recovery identity data, checking state, and local preferences. ZOTELE does not intentionally collect unnecessary identity information, surveillance data, or unrelated behavioural patterns. Data is stored on a private server only to maintain your shared room between sessions.
Your private code is your private key to your side of the shared heart. Without it, ZOTELE may not be able to restore your identity after device or browser data loss. Choose a word you will remember. Never share it publicly or with anyone outside your shared room.
You are responsible for who receives your door code. Each room is intended for exactly two babies. Sharing a door code with multiple people may disrupt the privacy, integrity, and emotional safety of the shared heart.
ZOTELE's Our History reflections are symbolic, poetic, and interpretive emotional observations. They are not therapy, medical advice, psychological evaluation, compatibility diagnosis, or literal truth. They exist to support quiet shared reflection only. Do not make significant personal decisions based solely on ZOTELE's Our History output.
The Checking feature is a gentle emotional signal — a quiet "Baby, are you OK?" It is not emergency services, medical monitoring, crisis response, or guaranteed real-time safety infrastructure. If you or baby are in genuine danger, contact emergency services immediately.
Background animations and atmospheric effects are visual emotional enhancements only. Turning animation off does not disable weather sharing, activity sharing, or any core ZOTELE functionality. These settings are stored locally per device.
ZOTELE supports weather sharing, main activity, and side activity as quiet emotional presence signals. These signals are symbolic and atmospheric — they represent a soft impression of baby's world, not a precise status update. All shared signals automatically reset after three hours.
ZOTELE should never intentionally pressure you, manipulate your emotional attachment, encourage obsessive behaviour, or create guilt-based engagement. If ZOTELE ever feels emotionally unsafe for you, you are not obligated to continue. Your wellbeing always comes first.
ZOTELE must not be used to coerce, obsessively monitor, emotionally control, stalk, manipulate, or create fear in baby. The shared heart is a space of mutual trust and quiet warmth — not surveillance or control.
Notifications and responses in ZOTELE are designed to remain gentle, soft, and non-coercive. Heartbeat alerts, checking signals, and review requests should feel like quiet touches — not demands. Response preferences are set by each baby individually and remain private to their device.
ZOTELE may use local browser storage, cookies, and cache to persist your identity and room session across browser and home screen contexts. Clearing device or browser data may remove your local identity memory and require private code restoration to return to your shared heart.
ZOTELE may experience downtime, synchronization delays, maintenance, or temporary interruptions. The shared emotional connection between two babies exists beyond the software itself — ZOTELE serves it, but does not contain it. We are not liable for emotional or relational consequences of service interruption.
The heart, its percentage, condition bands, emotional seasons, and rhythm patterns are symbolic representations of emotional presence. They are not literal measurements of your relationship, emotional health, or compatibility. No ZOTELE output should be interpreted as clinical, psychological, or diagnostic truth.
ZOTELE does not guarantee relationship success, emotional healing, compatibility, or emotional stability. ZOTELE is symbolic emotional infrastructure — a quiet vessel for presence, not a solution for emotional challenges. All interpretations of the platform's output remain the responsibility of the user.
If advertising is ever introduced to ZOTELE, it will remain respectful, non-invasive, emotionally safe, and non-manipulative. ZOTELE will not use emotional data, relationship patterns, or heartbeat history for targeted advertising. Advertising will never appear on the main heart screen.
ZOTELE is intended for emotionally mature users who participate consensually and sincerely. It is not designed for children, coercive usage, emotional surveillance, or non-consensual monitoring of another person. Both babies must freely choose to be here.
ZOTELE may be installed to your home screen as a Progressive Web App for quieter, smoother access to your shared heart. When opening from a home screen shortcut for the first time, you may be asked for your private code once to restore your session.
You remain responsible for your own relationships, emotional choices, boundaries, and interpretations of ZOTELE's reflections. ZOTELE provides a shared quiet space — what lives within that space is carried by both babies together.
ZOTELE may evolve its systems, safety practices, and policy language over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated within the platform where possible. The core commitment to privacy, sincerity, and emotional safety will not change.
ZOTELE is built to protect quiet emotional presence between two babies — with privacy, sincerity, calmness, warmth, and care. Every system, every feature, and every word of these terms exists to serve that purpose.
When sharing Weather, Main Activity, or Side Activity, you may optionally attach one photo. Photos are private between the two users of a shared room. They are never public, never shared outside the room, and not part of any social feed. Photos are saved securely in ZOTELE storage and used only to enrich your shared Diary memory. You may delete uploaded photos at any time.
When sharing a moment, you may optionally add a location — either by allowing your device location or by typing one manually. Location is used only to enrich your shared Diary memory. ZOTELE does not track your location in the background. Location is never collected silently. If you allow device location, it is only saved for that specific share event. Manual location is treated as plain personal memory text.
You may attach a short note (up to 100 characters) to any Weather, Main Activity, or Side Activity share. Notes are used only to enrich Diary memory entries. Notes are private to the room. Your partner may see memory-derived Diary wording that references your note, but notes are never exposed directly as system messages or alerts.
You have the right to request deletion of your data. To remove a shared room and all associated data, both users should cease use. Individual photo deletion is available in the sharing interface. For full data removal requests, contact the ZOTELE team. ZOTELE retains room data for up to 30 days of inactivity before automatic expiry.

The shared heart counts down slowly over time. When you care for it together, it stays alive. That rhythm becomes a quiet signal that you are both still here.

Your private code protects your place in the shared heart. If your browser data disappears, or you change device, you can return by entering your door code and your private code.
The heart shows the emotional pulse between you and baby. It slowly counts down over time. When either of you holds it, it refills. When both of you hold it together, it fully restores.
The heart condition — its colour, glow, and rhythm — shows how actively the two of you have been caring for your shared presence.
The heart passes through different emotional conditions as it changes.
To care for the shared heart, press and hold the heart button for 3 seconds. A glowing ring fills around the heart as you hold.
How much the heart refills depends on who held it last.
If both babies complete a 3-second hold within 5 seconds of each other, something special happens.
This represents synchronized emotional timing — a rare and meaningful shared moment.
If the heart reaches 0%, it enters DeadMode. The screen becomes grey and still. Normal holding is paused.
DeadMode is not the end — it is a pause. Baby can always bring the heart back.
The timer controls how long the heart stays alive before it begins to fade. A longer timer means longer between holds. A shorter timer means more frequent care.
Below the heart, 10 small dots record the last 10 holds. Each dot is coloured by the baby who held — sky-blue for one, gold for the other.
If the same baby creates 3 dots in a row, the heart changes into that baby's signature colour on both screens. When the other baby holds, the heart returns to its default warm red.
Weather sharing sends a quiet emotional atmosphere to baby. It is not a literal weather report — it is the feeling of your world at that moment.
Main activity shares the primary thing baby is doing at this moment. It is a quiet presence signal — not a message.
Side activity shares a smaller thing happening at the same time as the main activity. Two quiet signals together paint a softer picture of your moment.
In the top-right corner, three small widgets appear in a vertical stack — weather on top, main activity in the middle, side activity below.
Each widget shows only what the other baby has shared with you — not your own. Sharing your own signal never clears what you see from baby.
Our History is a shared reflection of your emotional rhythm over time. It shows patterns of care, warmth, recovery, and synchronisation between you and baby — with pie charts, bar charts, line graphs, tables, and short, gentle storylines written just for both of you.
Our History is not relationship scoring, therapy, diagnosis, or surveillance. It is a quiet emotional mirror for both of you.
